Day 1: Make reintroductions.
Dear Mr. & Mrs. Bee,
Your sweet girl is here and just as delightful as ever! She beat Sunshine, Bunny and I home by a bit which meant Bunny was positively clambering to get home. He-Man and Calvin picked her up from the airport. As they were awaiting her clearance through Customs Calvin saw Miss Bee, gasped, then ran up to meet her. He’s been gleaming ever since.
We all have, really.
We celebrated her arrival with an international Cheeto taste test.
Representatives from France and Australia weighed in on which sort of Cheeto was better, the Puffs or the Crunchy…
The decision was unanimous: the Puffs won.
I object! The Crunchy Cheetos are the best. I demand a recount.
In other news, Miss Bee completely melted our hearts with amazing and very thoughtful gifts for each member of our family. Clearly, she knows each of us well.
Are words really necessary for this one?
Meanwhile, Miss Bee continues to one of our girls’ very favorite people…
And then, Miss Bee presented Sunshine and I with the most extraordinary gift: Breathtaking memories from our trip to France.
(Seriously, Bees, WE LOVE YOU. I can’t quite tell you how much this means to us. We will treasure it forever!)
Day 2: Take a hike, watch a sunset.
It wasn’t so much a hike, but with this view, it didn’t need to be!
