FALLing for Autumn…

It’s been 4 years since we’ve experienced Autumn, with the exception of a few Autumn days spent in Norcross, Georgia (which has a STUNNING Fall season, by the way).  I’ve missed it.  There is something about crisp mornings and cozy nights that enlivens me.  Taking pictures of the rainbow trees and Rocky Mountain sunsets do them no justice.  It is truly almost magical.

This fall, a family member purchased a cabin and some land in the mountains of Utah.  This meant our family spent most of our weekends up there, helping with the final steps of the sale and sprucing up the place since it had been unoccupied for two years.  It ended up being the perfect way to reverence this year’s Autumn.  Spending all that time outside in mountains bursting with color seems to have made up for the seasons we have missed..

About T.D.

Hi there! Thanks for stopping by my corner of the blogosphere. I hope you like it here. This blog is where I ramble about the hats I wear (wife, mother, author, educator, etc) and everything in between. A wise man once said 'Happiness is a habit; cultivate it'. Here on this blog, I intend to do just that.
